Support every step of the way

Why are my courses different?

These days you have a lot of options when it comes to choosing an antenatal course, so why pick mine?

The answer is simple - because once your course is over and your baby has arrived, the support continues.  After the course ends we don't say goodbye! We'll stay in close touch, and you'll be invited into my kitchen every Thursday where you'll be served a nutritious, warming lunch, endless cups of tea, and have an opportunity to chat with other expectant and new parents. You're encouraged to receive this postnatal support for as long as you need it.
(This is all included in the cost of the course - there is no extra charge.)

From the moment we meet I'll be looking after you - and around to offer support when you need it the most.

ALSO:
* I have a diploma in Antenatal Education, and sixteen years experience of educating and nurturing expectant and new parents
* I'm an active birth doula; I attend births regularly and have excellent relationships with the (amazing) midwives in our community
* I offer small class sizes, (max six couples) which creates an intimate, warm and friendly atmosphere for each group
* All Sessions are in-person - no zoom sessions
* Hypnobirthing & First Aid are included

* I am a mother of three - I've been through it all myself
* I'll always be on the end of the phone if you ever need to talk anything through
* My classes are very competitively priced
